Overall, how would you describe your experience at BAE Systems?
It has been really good, a lot of support and exposure to real industry experience.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
Updating schedules plans, keeping track of milestones, leading meetings, keeping track of project tasks and making sure governance is in order.
To what extent does your role give you the opportunity to contribute meaningfully and feel valued by your team?

I think it is really good, the shares plan is a good way to build wealth whilst working for BAE.

I would say all my skills are being sharpened by the training they provide as well as the practical experience I gain through doing the day to day job.

I have a line manager who gives me all the responsibility that I need to achieve my goals, a BAE mentor which guides me to make the best choice regarding my career and I also have a previous ex BAE employee mentor who has a wealth of information that allow me to make the best informed decision I can make.
How is your work-life balance?

I'm able to drop off and pick up my little boy regardless of how far I live because of Flexi and because balance that work allows me to have.
