The varying roles and responsibilities have been incredibly engaging, spanning over multiple areas. The opportunities for development so far have been interesting, being able to work with companies and people around the world in various fascinating applications

I am certainly made to feel part of a team, with people across various departments and cultures. I play a big part in projects with opportunities to lead and take responsibility, and have support from certain colleagues when needed.

This role is very development focused within the Bosch network, with evident progression which I have already planned out for myself.

I am developing new skills in a more customer focused role within worldwide and inter-company networking. Technical skills, whilst I already new the basics, are being more refined the more I use them.

I feel able to pull support from certain colleagues as and when I need it. The technical knowledge between people is excellent, so I know who to ask whenever I need advice.

Work hours are not particularly long or and for the most part not strenuous. Whenever extenuating circumstances require, work can take priority, but that's career life...

I have recommended this company to friends already, one of which now works here. It is a diverse workplace with plenty of experience and development opportunities available, a comfortable work environment with enough knowledge to aid my personal growth.
How well did the role match your expectations based on the recruitment process?

My role changed over the first few months (as to my own choices) to a more technical and customer focused role, so the expectations changed as this transition occurred. I am happy with my current role and my expectations for a graduate job have been more than met.
When considering the recruitment & onboarding process, have you any specific tips or advice you would give to others applying to HydraForce Bosch Rexroth?
The recruitment process was perfectly normal.
Onboarding has been below expectations, solely because I have been put straight into projects and not been involved in any major training that might be required for a role as technical as this - work in progress
