Overall, how would you describe your experience at BAE Systems?
My experience at BAE has been fantastic, the role is different to the engineering I studied however very interesting and the company has a lot of different streams for work which is always nice to know. My team is great and my work keeps me stimulated.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
I look of mission critical open architecture systems. I support my team in developing our product over the Lifecycle Management process. I mostly enjoy being on the inside of defence industry to know the latest developments and breakthroughs.
To what extent does your role give you the opportunity to contribute meaningfully and feel valued by your team?

Work here is as open or closed as you make it. I like the opportunity to make it as widespread as possible. The impact is beyond the team and has an impact on a national level.
