Overview of Experience
Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
The first day involved looking at a RCA (root cause analysis) problem, solving the issue of a logistical challenge in organising a team barbecue after the originally planned open area had been cancelled for an unknown reason. Following this, the later half of the day involved working on networking skills and how we present ourselves to others.
The second day involved work on interview prep and the STAR method, looking at how to provide excellent service to clients and the later half involved a speed networking session with individuals across various divisions

What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
It opened my eyes to what the firm does, expanding the beliefs I held prior. Prior to the insight, I thought the firm only primarily delves in actuarial and consulting services, but the insight showed me about other divisions such as the Work and Rewards team, the CRB team and so on

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
Not too much could be inferred about company culture given the insight was online, but those representing the firm seemed welcoming and enthusiastic about the firm, and looked very happy to be there and help us
