Overview of Experience
Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
This was a two-day step-up programme designed by WTW to indicate what an apprentice does on a day-to-day basis, how their career can advance and what the company really is. The first day contained an icebreaker, an introduction to WTW, as well as enjoying the company of a few apprentices who answered our questions and talked to us. The following day, we spoke to a panel of apprentices, as well as going through how to engage formally in a workplace, WTW questions and CV building.

What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
It was great; everything was carefully planned out, as well as having our questions answered by apprentices. They showed us how our careers can advance and change within WTW, what they offer, as well as what roles intertwine with other roles.

Company Culture
What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
The company showed that they were all in it together; it was sort of a family where everyone helped everyone. WTW's early career team showed us that asking for help or seeking guidance could be a skill rather than a show of weakness. They treated us as their equals, not their subordinates. They valued our opinions and showed us that everyone had a voice.
