The WTW Level Up Programme was a valuable and engaging insight into the insurance industry and the different career opportunities available. The sessions were highly interactive, with breakout rooms and group discussions that made it easy to participate and meet new people. Throughout the programme, we learned about WTW's different business areas, developed key employability skills, and gained practical advice on applications and career development. One of the most valuable aspects was the careers day, where we had the opportunity to speak directly with employees about their day-to-day roles, career journeys, and the skills they believe are most important to develop. Overall, it was a comprehensive programme that provided a realistic insight into working at WTW while helping me build my confidence and professional network.
