Overall, how would you describe your experience at Boeing UK?
Excellent, a very welcoming environment.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
It's a 6 month rotational role, so the responsibilities can vary month on month. You rotate between core accounting, financial analysis, overheads and rates, estimating and pricing, with the option of doing 6 months out of function
To what extent does your role give you the opportunity to contribute meaningfully and feel valued by your team?

We are all treated as equal to a regular employee, given the same level of responsibility as our peers, and contributing important and meaningful work to the month-end cycle
How does your compensation package - including perks & benefits - fairly remunerate you for the work you do?

Very well. We receive private healthcare, and extra health benefits, a very good pension.
How well do you feel the role is preparing you for your future career?

Very well. We are being put through a CIMA apprenticeship as part of the Finance graduate scheme, and are able to apply our learnings within our role.
How would you rate the extent to which you were developing new or existing skills through formal training and your day-to-day role?

Very high. We are given all the opportunities to develop our soft and practical skills through graduate activities and throughout the day to day role

How is the support you receive?

I have a very supportive team, and a large network of people I can turn to for help. I have a buddy within finance which is a good point of contact for any silly questions.
How is your work-life balance?

I have a good work life balance, however personal time is taken up a bit by my study time. Work is supportive and we have an allowance of study days to help balance this.
What is the organisational culture, values and general atmosphere like?

There is a strong sense of company values, with a focus on a positive work environment. There is always friendly faces in the office
