WTW Insight Programme was brilliant. I gained exposure to global financial services across investments, risk advisory, and institutional asset management through case studies and interactive sessions.

What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
Genuinely eye-opening as before the programme, I thought of WTW mainly as an insurance broker, but the insight days showed how much broader the business actually is.

Company Culture
What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
The culture came across as collaborative and knowledge-sharing, rather than competitive. People seemed happy to explain their own paths into the business and were open about what they found challenging, not just the polished version of their roles. They stressed the importance of being curious and always asking questions.

Overall Experience
To what extent did you enjoy the insight?
I truly enjoyed the insight. The part I found most valuable was hearing employees talk through their own career journeys; it was one thing to read about the different paths into the business, but hearing people speak honestly about how their roles had actually evolved, what they'd found challenging, and why they'd chosen WTW over other paths gave me a much more realistic sense of what a career there could look like.
