Overview of Experience

Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.

The Level Up Insight event occurred over 2 days and First Day we heard from the Early Careers Lead and then learnt about a new method for problem solving and finished the day with some networking. The second day we had a talk about our personal brand and how to communicate effectively in interviews using STARR method and finished the day off with a careers fair meeting people from different LOBs.

Company Culture

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?

The company culture was very friendly and welcoming and the general atmosphere was really inviting and felt like home. We spoke to some analysts who work at WTW and they were very happy to answer questions and said themselves they really enjoy the company culture and the atmosphere.

Focus on the Hirevue interview and skills and try to be yourself instead of using AI prompts to answer questions in interview as they can tell its very unoriginal.
