Overview of Experience

Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.

The insight programme was a two-day virtual experience that introduced participants to WTW, its early careers opportunities, and key workplace skills. It involved welcome talks, leadership insights, employability sessions, interactive learning modules on problem solving and client excellence, interview preparation using the STAR method, personal branding, networking with peers and former candidates, a social activity, and a mini careers fair. Overall, it helped participants understand the company, build confidence, develop professional skills, and explore different career areas within WTW.
