Overview of Experience
Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
On the first day, we worked through technical methods to solving problems. We also had the chance to network with fellow participants and with former level up candidates.
On the second day, WTW taught us a highly effective method for interviews. We also went through personal branding and had a careers fair with the opportunity to speak to 2 members of the WTW team from each department.

What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
It was highly informative. The entire programme was very well structured and allowed for us to gain a deeper understanding about the potential roles available. I personally felt even more motivated to apply to WTW after this event.

Extremely welcoming. We also learnt of the events held by WTW for the teams and it seemed like an extremely strong community.
