Overall, how would you describe your experience at BAE Systems?

Overall positive initial experience from the role. It has been 6 months since start of scheme however I feel settled within the role already.

What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?

Multiple roles surrounding requirements generation and MBSE. I enjoy MBSE as I have experience working on that in the past. My team has worked well to align my current role with previous experiences

The company has a large intake of individuals every year but their is a lot of competition for spaces. Make yourself stand out from the others and do something that others may not. BAE supports to intake of people who may not have an engineering background
