- Updating build manuals
- Various process improvement projects

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?

For the most part it has been good, however I have seen some people tend to push issues onto someone else just so that their metrics are good, making for a tense environment at times.

Overall Experience

To what extent did you enjoy your placement / internship?

I really enjoyed my placement, primarily down to my manager and team. I was given a lot of freedom to do projects I thought would be interesting while also helping the manufacturing shop floor.
