Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
Every intern will receive two projects and the internship performance is based on how well you performed in these two projects. Hence, you will be expected to schedule meetings with the team, update them on what you did and ask for guidance if necessary. Besides that, there are tasks such as exercises involving WTW software that will be given to do during your free time but the results are not counted towards your internship performance.
Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
Yes, the senior managers or the team have enough trust in you to fulfil the tasks given. They will provide support when needed but still you are expected to manage your own time and deliver the best possible results on time.

Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills, or developed your existing skills?
There are trainings involved to help you to be familiarised with WTW software, hence if your project involves these softwares, you might need to sharpen your skills on these. The other important skills that I have developed is communication skills, because you will need to communicate with your colleagues to update them on your progress or asking for help if needed.

Overall Experience
To what extent did you enjoy your placement / internship?
I really enjoyed my time here as the work I have given is really meaningful and the team provided a lot of support throughout the internship. The company is also very friendly and there are a lot of social events going on during the summer, hence you will meet a lot of people in the team.

During the interview, be as truthful as possible and provide some personal examples that are tailored to your own experiences. Do not panic when you do not know the answer to the technical questions, as the interviewers are more interested in your thought processes rather than the final answer.
