Overall, how would you describe your experience at Virgin Media O2?
Overall the experience is very good. There is a lot of support for the graduate schemes and it is well structured to support development into future rotations/roles and roll-off.
Finance graduate scheme has three rotations so you can get a good exposure to different finance areas. Also get support with CIMA qualification.

Good scheme structure which encourages development of graduates. Roles are regularly monitored to ensure they align with development of key skills for graduates to support their future career. Multiple points of contacts and support. Overall great culture in terms of push for personal development and growth.
