Have you learnt any new skills, or developed your existing skills?
I have developed skills in performing root cause analysis and also in automation. I have gained skills in qualifications for new machinery to pass the requirements for full production. I have also gained insight into how production reporting helps to make improvements for losses or downtime accrued.
