* You won't be overloaded with work
* Pay is not huge, but it is far to the amount of work you're delivering, and gets better by the end of the graduate scheme
* They can sponsor visas (incl. family members)
* There's a good work-life balance
* Open-space office concept means more connections and less feeling lonely at the desk
