Insight Day Review

The insight day gave a very good overview of Savills as a business and the different areas within the property industry. Throughout the day there were presentations from graduates and professionals discussing their roles, current market trends and what day-to-day life is like within the company.
There was also an office tour, networking opportunities and discussions around the graduate scheme, company culture and diversity and inclusion. What stood out most was how varied the industry is and how much teamwork, communication and client interaction is involved on a daily basis. The day also reinforced my interest in working within a professional property environment and learning from experienced professionals.

The insight day helped me understand more about Savills as a business and the different roles available within the company. We heard from graduates and professionals about what they do day to day and the different career paths within property.
There was also a talk about the current property market and how the industry is changing. One part I found particularly useful was hearing advice on how to stay motivated and continue improving if you want to build a career at Savills.
