Overview of Experience
Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
The Insight day was very interesting we looked at current market insights and trends, spoke to graduates, and did more networking. We were welcomed and looked after well, it was also very interesting how Savilles' D&I programme has won many awards and in many senses is a pioneer of strong D&I in the property sector.

What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
It was very interesting an informative, especially the tour where we able to see where the different job roles worked. I particularly found the variety of roles and the rotational schemes to be the most beneficial as you can see what job best suits your interests.

Company Culture
What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
The company culture seemed to be the most important factor at Savilles. All of the staff are welcoming and everyone feels included. From what we heard from the graduates it seems that they enjoy their time at Savilles. Savilles also has very high retention rates with many surveyors working their for well over 10 years which is a testament to their great culture and general atmosphere.

What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Savills
Be yourself, they want to see how you fit into their culture and vice versa as its a people orientated company. Be interesting and network well with the employees. Be influential but not over bearing in the group tasks. Make sure you know plenty about the company, the market and general economic trends.
