Have you learnt any new skills, or developed your existing skills?

Learnt how to use a variety of bespoke engineering software and became more proficient in writing documents, keeping them concise but still effective. Learning how to present to big team and organise events, gaining the confidence needed to do that.

A good amount, not as personal from more senior people but from my immediate team definitely felt like they put in the effort to support and answer any questions I had.

Overall Experience

To what extent did you enjoy your placement / internship?

I really enjoyed the overall year, workload would come in peaks which made it interesting. Down times in work did make it boring but as the year progressed, more things eventually came through.
