Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
My day to day involved delivering on my key goals such as my benchmarking work, or supporting on the forecast cycles.
Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
In addition to supporting roles, I had a project of my own which was to track the teams KPI's and I got to lead a team creating a benchmarking tool for our packaging portfolio. In addition to my main roles I got to represent Unilever at university careers fairs and I got to represent Unilever's interests with potential suppliers.

I developed many of my skills from leadership, communication, stakeholder management to MS Office.

Great guidance from my team and manager that I worked with was great, I always felt if I was ever stuck I could just ask a question

Company Culture
What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
The culture within my team was great, everyone felt valued and respected, the same was true with the office. Although I was the only one from my team in the country there was always plenty of community office events which created a great and welcoming atmosphere.
The culture was one of high performance but I always felt wellbeing was given equal weighting which made Unilever a great place to work.
