Overall, how would you describe your experience at BAE Systems?

BAE Systems is a good company with great benefits. Work here is all around.

What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?

Work within Airworthiness.
Looking after aircraft for varying customers on a day to day bases.
Responsible for writing, review and exporting safety documentation.

To what extent does your role give you the opportunity to contribute meaningfully and feel valued by your team?

My role keeps me good for airworthiness but doesn't expand me beyond that. While a Grad apply for work courses to expand your awareness.

Mentor's are good if want one.
My Line Manager is great.

It good around. Just remember that you work in Defence and you are the reason to hurt some people. If thats fine with you, you will be fine.

Inclusive and Positive. Welcoming to mistake as long you are willing to learn to fix it.
