Recommendations & Advice

Would you recommend BAE Systems to a friend?

Yes

Why?

Has interesting work with good pay and is welcoming to people who are starting. However, it can be a bit of a lottery depending on which areas of the business you are put in on the scheme.

How well did the role match your expectations based on the recruitment process?

4/5
For me it was good as matched what i had done as a summer intern. However, i know for other graduates this has not been the case in my cohort.

When considering the recruitment & onboarding process, have you any specific tips or advice you would give to others applying to BAE Systems?

Be knowledgeable about the business and the services it supplies. Doesn't hurt to have a browse of their website before applying.
