Very good, I feel supported and challenged in my role. I have been accepted by the community and everyone is willing to help me develop.

I work in simulation and modelling and I really enjoy the collaborative problem solving side of this role.

Due to the nature of the work, when my laptop is off I am cut off from work meaning I can fully relax. They are also very flexible to outside commitments, I have been able to take appointments during the day for various things and catch up the hours at a time that suits me.

I enjoy the work I do but I was not expecting to do it - not a negative but the role is slightly different to what I expected.
