Overall, how would you describe your experience at BAE Systems?

Overall, my experience so far with BAE has been a constant learning curve, with the knowledge and understanding growing for both my role and business sector. There is never a silly question and everyone always is happy to help which helps massively when new.

What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?

I aid in the identification and management of risk. Specifically risks related to human error and human interaction. Being situated within engineering has given me the opportunity to invoke real change to make the workplace safer for our workers and ensuring our end products are safe to use as expected by the end user.
