Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
A mixture of hearing from professionals, regarding their stories and motivation, and group activities to simulate similar experiences to life at Howden, including a day trip to Lloyds of London to present an insurance claim.

What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
Very insightful, we received a session with a delegate from each wing of the business providing information about the day-to-day life. It helped to know what lane of business is designed for each of us, and how are skills can be leveraged.
