Fantastic! A bit slow at first during initial recruitment and there are long wait times between stages, but this is understandable with the volume of recruitment. Once you are then here, it couldn't be better. I have never worked anywhere where everyone is so friendly and approachable from the first day in.

The role is not advertised in detail when you apply. You just apply for a department. When I joined the role was completely new to me and even though the overall department information when I applied gave a very brief guideline, I feel it didn't match the role is that I do now.
