Overall, how would you describe your experience at BAE Systems?

Great, flexible working hours and flexible working locations give me the freedom to work when/ where I want to (within reason) allowing me to work productively and efficiently.

What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?

My role is based in In service support, exposing me to multiple domains and customer requirements. Providing me with the responsibility of managing task progression and updating customers.

To what extent does your role give you the opportunity to contribute meaningfully and feel valued by your team?

How does your compensation package - including perks & benefits - fairly remunerate you for the work you do?

Great basic pay and benefit package with the occasional chance of overtime. Some minor bonuses as well.

How well do you feel the role is preparing you for your future career?

Since joining BAE I have joined the RAeS, fully funded by BAE and will now be working towards chartership. I have also been on many training courses and gaining valuable experience.

How would you rate the extent to which you were developing new or existing skills through formal training and your day-to-day role?

Great training courses available if you can manage to get onto them, training within your day-day can vary and mostly up to you.
