Overall, how would you describe your experience at National Grid?

My experience at National Grid was great! It was an exciting experience filled with opportunities to learn, network and grow. The diverse community at Grid helped me settle in quickly

What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?

I took on three rotational roles as a Power System Engineer, Project Development Engineer and a Project manager.
I got really busy and hands on while I was doing the Project development Engineering role and I led on some task. I also participated actively in volunteering activities.

To what extent does your role give you the opportunity to contribute meaningfully and feel valued by your team?

There was so much opportunity to contribute meaningfully with a lot of support from the team to help you achieve whatever objective you have set.
