I assist the CSM team on their Business Reviews and customer interactions. Additionally I help with data reporting and analysis for QBRs.

Support and Guidance
How much support and guidance did you receive during your placement / internship?
At first you receive a huge amount of support through a full week of onboarding by the placement team, which then leads into a month with the existing intern in which you shadow them and learn the role. Then the placement team are there through the year to help you and guide you.
