The insight was an incredibly valuable and welcoming experience that gave me a genuine understanding of both the business and the people within it. Across the programme, I took part in a mixture of presentations, networking sessions, panel discussions, workshops, and group activities, all designed to give us a real feel for the company and the opportunities available.
On a day-to-day basis, we heard from employees across different areas of the business, including senior leaders, who shared their career journeys, advice, and insights into their roles. We also completed interactive tasks and discussions which helped bring the work the company does to life. One of the best parts of the experience was being able to ask honest questions and have open conversations with people who were genuinely supportive and encouraging.
