Overview of the Role

Overall, how would you describe your experience at Virgin Media O2?

The company has a great culture, it is very team orientated, supportive and helps stretch graduates. There are lots of opportunities for development outside of your day to day role.

What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?

Throughout the 3 year long rotations you experience different responsibilities and skill developments in each. The first year role is in management accounting- learning the basics of accounting alongside CIMA studies. The second role is as a finance business partner, gaining stakeholder management, presentation, forecasting and data analysis skills. The third year role is more specialist.

To what extent does your role give you the opportunity to contribute meaningfully and feel valued by your team?
