Working on navel ships doing different Plating jobs for example grinding.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I some what enjoy but mostly I don't enjoy this programme. I really enjoyed the first year however after going out on my placement and into the yard I feel myself liking it less and less as time goes on with there being a lack work or when there is work it is not interesting.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt new skills in the first year from this role, this being burning, plasma, cutting welding, grinding, and creating different parts using different skills.

The first year was structured very well, however it is a massively changes from 1st to 2nd year.

because, it is a good company to go with for an apprenticeship and benefits with the shares schemes but have to be sure on the job role picking.

Make sure that it is the job role that you want to do and do research about it.
