Overall, how would you describe your experience at National Grid?
Very nice, colleagues are very friendly and always willing to offer support and help. Graduate scheme is comprehensive on trainings, the whole company offers wide choices when it comes to personal and career development.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
Collect business operations related data and make Power BI report for reporting.

I hope the feedback can be more quantitively, for example to give clear marks on each process so the interviewees can clearly see which part should be developed.
