Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I carry out a variety of different processes to assist with the admin of a number of sites on a day to day basis, this includes Purchase Order raising, Invoicing and Scheduling just to name a few. We manage approximately 45 contracts across the south, covering facilities management, energy, and waste services in a number of diverse sectors, including hospitals, housing estates, and pharmaceutical manufacturing warehouses.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience in the level 3 admin apprenticeship. It gave me an insight into the business world learning the basics as to what makes a business thrive.

I developed several new skills by jumping into my role including business processes such as POs. Improving my professionalism by writing emails with key stakeholders and customers and also improved communications by working in a team and conversing with managers
