Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

On a day to day basis I monitor the machines on site and provide perform maintenance on damaged machines when necessary.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

The programme is one of the best things that I have done so far in my life, the support I have been given by all the staff members since day one has been tremendous. The support has improved me as an aspiring engineer and it has been a joy to come to work everyday.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

My skillset has grown massive amounts since starting this apprenticeship which has allowed me to grow more important to the team overtime.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

The programme is very well structured as I am aware of all training courses dates and times weeks before the actual training takes place, as well as this I'm also checked up on with my equipment and supplied me with what I need.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I get as much support as I could ask for off of my employers which I am very grateful for.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

The college have been clear on what I have to complete and to what level to reach the top grade.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

The skills I pick up from college easily transfer into the workplace and make me a better engineer.

Yes there is an annual football tournament that we compete in.
