My role is a Business Administrator; I work under the people and development manager – The
people and development team are people focussed team operating like HR, so my job can be
quite varied in what task I might be thrown next. Driving license checks and updating our in-house
workforce portal (evalu8) with relevant personal information to each employee including asset
codes and Length of service awards)
I manage a vast array of tasks in my day to day including working with stakeholders across the
business and externally, managing hotel bookings, office + site consumables stock. I update our socials and maintain and create our marketing materials and internal advertising (posted on our site screens via Opti signs) I also organise all our external events we may be hosting / attending.

It is well structured i know how much time and what days i am allocated each week

I have received more than enough support from my employer - they have been amazing with me on my learning journey

I have had regular calls with the training provider and regular work guidance and learning materials

i feel like i have learned many new skills that will help me progress in my role and also move into a new one in marketing if that opportunity arises
