Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

My role entails a wide of range of tasks from managing an internal auditing system, working on client reports, supporting with mobilisation projects, updating databases and more. It is a great learning experience and knowledge that you get is priceless.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy this programme because of the exposure you get on various prestigious contracts such as WTW, London Business School or the Old Bailey and you get to visit sites that you never imagine to visit. That's the fun bit of the programme and also the fact every day is a different day.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

In this apprenticeship, I learned a lot about Lean Six Sigma tools and methods such as flow process analysis, Run charts, SIPOC, RACI matrices, Ishikawa diagrams and more.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

The programme is well structured and easy to follow, I had the pleasure to have a great tutor and manager. Who have supported me from the beginning all the way till now - giving me the time to carry out the necessary tasks and absorb all the knowledge required to do my project.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

My manager has given me the time needed to do my apprenticeship and supported me where she can.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

The training provider it's been excellent, pushing students to achieve the highest level of grades and encouraging us to develop further knowledge in Continous Improvement.
