As a dental nurse it consist of giving your clinician chair side assistance, opening and closing the surgery, scrubbing of instruments and you will also get an off the job day weekly.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I am enjoying this apprenticeship, my colleagues are lovely too. We all have a laugh together, days at dental design studio go by so fast.

Yes I’ve learned so much from my apprenticeship and will continue to do so until I am qualified

How well organised/structured is your programme?

Very organised, 1-1 meetings and it’s your tutor is always set up in advance and you always receive your off the job day weekly

My manager is very supportive and is always there if I was to be struggling or need her help

My tutor is easily accessible so I can always email her if I need to query something and she tends to always reply quickly
