My programme consists off 20% OTJ hours that are accommodated by my Line Manager and structured to help me succeed.

My employer is extremely supportive in allowing me time to work on my apprenticeship, utilise my new skills within my role and supporting me with assignments and topics.

Why?

The RBFT is very supportive, compassionate and helpful, especially when doing an apprenticeship. My line manager is incredibly supportive and helps me to develop and succeed with work and outside of work.
