I support digital transformation initiatives by helping design, test, and improve technology enabled business processes across global teams. This involves gathering requirements, documenting end‑to‑end processes, carrying out testing activities, analysing data and creating reports.

I have learnt business analytics skills and further developed my data analysis and project management capabilities. I have improved my communication and time‑management skills, and strengthened my understanding of how business requirements translate into technical solutions.

My qualification supports me in performing my role by providing a good theoretical background for my work. The learning helps me understand key areas such as project management, IT Consultancy frameworks and how business requirements are translated into technical solutions, which I can directly apply in my day‑to‑day work.
