How well organised/structured is your programme?

During placements is well organised. However, when it comes to finding and starting new placements, organisation is poor. We are only told a week to 2 weeks before we start a new placement where we are going and what site we will be working at. For those with children, this is bad because they may have to sort out child care and this is information isnt given to them far enough in advance. Furthermore, starting new placements means we will require access to different IT systems where the lead time to gain access is weeks. This means for the start of the placements we are unable to conduct independent work. Additionally, for a number of apprentices, placements have been changed around last min meaning alot of people do not start their placements on time and are delayed by 1-2 weeks in starting. If they were pre planned, this would not be as much of an issue.
