Apprentice Level 3 early years educator Review

I have started as an apprentice at ourden @ hillside, lower early day nursery( complete childcare). I have just started the role, its been like only 16 days. I work with the children range from 9 months to 3 years.
Its all about settling down the children into the nursery by warm welcome and be enthusiastic, and building trust with the children so they are comfortable and happy. We build their daily routines and help them to understand the world, numeracy , tidying up, etc ..... lots more (still learning what comes under my basket to help the children grow with my support).

Honestly its been only 15 days so far its good and organised.

I just have hands on experience taking care for my own children, now working here in the nursery, I understand how to be professional and where to raise the concerns for the children coming to the nursery, helping them to achieve their milestones if any, etc
