Airbus has been an incredible employer to work for, and they really care about fostering their emerging talent.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
I have completed multiple rotations from manufacturing, through supply chain and programme/project management functions.

Very welcoming and inclusive, and while everyone is encouraged to work from the office as much as possible, there is some flexibility to meet individual's needs and circumstances.
How would you rate Airbus initiatives when it comes to equality, diversity, inclusion and accessibility?

Lots of great Employee Resource Groups championing those in the business who fit the parameters.
How would you rate Airbus CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) initiatives?

STEM Outreach in local schools is run almost exclusively by Early Careers, giving them the opportunity to develop skills whilst giving back to communities and opening doors to the next generation.

I was pleasantly surprised to find that my role (which was adverstised as a standard job), would actually feature rotational aspects and graduate development content.
