Recommendations & Advice

Would you recommend AWE to a friend?
Yes
Why?
for a 16-18 year old I would recommend this apprenticeship, for more mature applicants I would advise them on the academy environment prior to employment. Late books etc would be addressed here
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to AWE?
Apply, but if its for an apprenticeship find out where you will be based and talk to current apprentices on that course to understand what their day to day feels like
