To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I genuinely enjoy my programme to a great extent. It has been both engaging and rewarding, offering a strong balance between theoretical knowledge and practical application. The content is well-structured, and I appreciate how it challenges me to think critically while also supporting my development. The teaching staff are knowledgeable and approachable, which makes a big difference in the overall experience.
What I value most is how the programme has helped me grow in confidence and skills, preparing me for future opportunities. Overall, it has been a very positive experience, and I would highly recommend it—definitely deserving of a 5-star review.

Yes, during my Multi-Channel Marketing Apprenticeship Level 3 with CERT Property, I have significantly developed both new and existing skills. I have strengthened my understanding of digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms, including social media, email marketing, content creation, and website management.
I have also improved my communication and organisational skills by working on real business campaigns, managing deadlines, and collaborating with different teams. My confidence in using marketing tools, analysing campaign performance, and understanding customer engagement has grown a lot throughout the programme.
The apprenticeship has given me practical, hands-on experience that has helped me apply what I learn directly in the workplace, making my development feel relevant and valuable to my future career.

I receive a high level of support from my employer, CERT Property, which has made a big difference to my apprenticeship experience. They are always encouraging my development and giving me the time and resources I need to complete my coursework alongside my day-to-day responsibilities. I’m supported through regular check-ins, guidance on tasks, and opportunities to get involved in real projects that help build my skills. This support has helped me grow in confidence, feel valued in my role, and stay motivated throughout the programme.
