Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

4/5
I have multiple roles in the service management space which I enjoy and gives me a variety of tasks but I am often waiting for training.

To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

5/5
I enjoy the new training and learning possibilities. I also like meeting new people in my team/same program.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

5/5
I have learnt a lot about service management but have also developed my skills in business etiquette and communication.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

5/5
This programme is very structured and planned out for apprentices and graduates as it allows new employees to ease into their role and also gives them the option to branch into different jobs in the company.

How much support do you receive from your employer?

5/5
People/assignment managers are always helpful and willing to talk about any issues that you may encounter.

How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

2/5
I haven't directly asked for help/feedback, but the feedback on assignments is often short and poor.

How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

3/5
A lot of the course is irrelevant to the role but it does allow me to understand how other IT processes work and gives me the option to switch roles more easily if I would like to.

Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

5/5
There are plenty of engagement events available to the academics in the course.
