Academic programme is engaging and can't fault any of the managers. They help as much as they can and where they can. Many different engagement events and networking events amongst academics which apprentices and graduates can take part in.

Even with role being put on hold, there are many opportunities to upskill and learn. Many different industry recognised qualifications can be learnt helping build your personal portfolio.

Programme is decently structured, regular check in with academic managers to ensure everything is going okay with your account and with degree side of things. There are occasionally moments of lack of communication from the programme, however never anything major.

DXC supports academics well however, with the managers providing the most support. There is the opportunity for additional formal qualifications to be completed all paid for. There are plenty of opportunities to get involved in additional non job role work.

Yes

Why?

Good opportunity to start a career. Very welcoming atmosphere in the office, with managers offering as much help as they can. There is a role to suit everyone, there is many different roles and one will interest you.

What tips or advice would you give to others applying to DXC?

When applying make sure you indicate which sort of role you would like to do, as your more likely to be placed under the role which suits you. If not don't be afraid to ask to move role if you aren't happy. When applying it doesn't matter if you don't have any previous experience.
