my role changes as i am to get through the full operation learning different parts so it can change what im doing from week to week but it is to become an operations specialist

To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

i have enjoyed the apprenticeship programme it has been a great opportunity to develop skills and learn new things i wouldnt have otherwise aswell as great opportunities to meet others and network

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

i have learned lots of skills i didnt have in the 7 months i have been on the programme and am excited to learn more

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

the programme is well structured making sure we know goals we are working toward and work we are doing aswell as the qualification at the end to gain

How much support do you receive from your employer?

we get great support from our people managers who are there if we need any help however some other people forget that we are apprentices and so means having other work that needs done from time to time

How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

our training provider is great always able to reach them by email and always giving feedback on work before it gets submitted making sure we produce the best work we can

How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

some parts of the role and the qualification training are similar and go hand in hand however there are some parts we need to do for additional units that are not relevant to the role

Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

there are mainy different groups teams and opportunities to get involved in and engage with wether on site or online

it is a great opportunity to learn grow and gain new qualifications and even if you are not sure of what you want to do there are plenty of networking opportunities to learn about other roles
