Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

The apprenticeship is one full day per week and consisted of a lecture as well as on overarching portfolio to complete until the end of the course, this was completely separate from my role at the company and was relying on the work done within my role to complete, overall i feel like the expectation for completing multiple projects while getting situated into a new role is quite daunting especially if your role is specialised to a specific field of data.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

ITs pretty enjoyable, the expectations are decently achievable for a new starter and the environment is very friendly and approachable
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt how to utilise excel in ways that I didn't know were possible before the course as well as how to properly adhere to the GDPR framework for data and how it could be improved.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

The structure of support is amazing within the apprenticeship side, all the managers are approachable and very easy to contact and arrange meetings with.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

The support from my employer is also just as good as the apprenticeship side with easy to meet managers and a very open working ethos
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

The training providers arrange monthly meetings as standard and can be asked to arrange any extras incase you need more clarification with a certain assignment.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

The qualification isn't necessarily matched to my role but some of the concepts taught within them have been quite helpful for me specifically.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

There are monthly engagement events across the accounts as well as the company as a whole so there are plenty to get involved with.

Easy environment to work in with plenty of support and a great apprenticeship scheme to get involved with early on in your career

Be open to new opportunities and have a lot of patience with your role
